Overnight oats have become an overnight (see what I did there?) sensation on both Tumblr and Pintrest. And then I found these recipes and OMG I MUST MAKE THEM ALL. As soon as I go grocery shopping next weekend, these are happening. Can’t. Even. Wait.

“Change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change. Which means it is more painful for me to stay how I am, not being able to sleep very well, not being able to run around and play with my kids without getting winded, umm, feeling like crap, having my pants be tight, going out in public and feeling like “awhh, I’m fat, people are looking at me”. That pain is greater than the pain of exercising and eating healthy and not being able to have your coke cola classic, it’s PAINFUL not to be able to drink my coke but it’s not as painful as feeling like crap. I definitly want to lose weight but more than anything, I want to feel good. I used to be a vibratious young man who could jump and flip and punch and kick and swim and do all kinds of stuff and now I can upload videos to youtube. And that’s about all I can do, thats it. I can push buttons with these fingers. So I want to feel better, I want to be able to surf, jump on a surf board and drop into  a skateboard ramp and go skiing and you know whatever. So I want to lose weight, sure but I want to feel a lot better.”

Hello everyone, It’s been a while.

I made this blog like a year ago and was on a lot at first but then stopped going on. The reason being was that I didn’t like signing in and out of accounts and what not but I’ve decided to come back because I’m looking for encouragement as I start trying this again. I’ve been hiking with my friends 3+ times a week and adjusting what I eat a tad. However, I have been looking for new interesting things to do and want to adjust what I’m eating even further. I also need more tips from everyone. So I’m glad to be back and it’s awesome to see everyone still on here working at their goals. I’m really proud of everyone!
